Welcome to the instant boost of relaxation tapping meditation.
Tapping on the side of the hand repeat after me either in your mind or out loud
In this moment I choose to quiet my mind
and connect with my body
I begin to release stress or tension
as I open myself up to feeling more at ease
I give my whole body permission to relax now

I invite relaxation into every cell of my body
Side of the eye
Any areas of tension in my body begin to melt away
Under the eye
and stressful thoughts in my mind begin to gently dissolve
Under the nose
With every breath I feel more and more relaxed
Under the mouth
Breathing in relaxation
Breathing out any tension
Collarbone
My body knows how to do this
I allow my body to relax deeply now
Under the arm
Feeling grounded and relaxed
Top of the head
Relaxation brings so much well being to my mind and body
I continue to relax more with every breath I take
Gently stop tapping and take a nice deep breath in
...and let it go
