Dave, Thank you for the inspiring summary of your "body, mind, spirit" journey! Wow!!

When i started your stretching/breathing/ yoga class 3 months ago I discovered my annoying leg pain disappeared. I had dealt with this pain for about 5 yrs.

Dr's were no help. I had a battery of tests. They would say take over-the-counter medication.

It seemed that when I sit for too long this pain would run down one of my legs. Sitting for a long period of time usually brings it on.

I could tell, 1 week into your class, for the most part, there was not pain.

If I go a week without yoga, the pain starts to come back.
