“In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.”
That stillness lives in your next breath. Let’s find it.
Today’s Freedom Move:
🌬️ Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold that breath for 4
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6
Repeat this 3 times (or more if it feels good)
Then…
🎨 Lift your arms up and start drawing big, slow circles in the air.
Like you're painting the sky with invisible joy.
Smile while you do it. Yes, really. This is about feeling free in your body and light in your spirit.
And as you move, whisper this to yourself:
“I am calm. I am clear. I am in control.”
