There isn't just one... there are many different ways to achieve this goal.
However, there are some basic principles that can help:

What you eat is one of the most crucial elements for a long, healthy life.
We won't dictate exactly what or how you should eat, but we strongly advise cleaning up your diet:
Avoid stress-eating comfort foods. Stress and anxiety shouldn't dictate your dietary choices.
Cut out processed foods and severely limit sugars.
The approach that has worked for us, and for many of our clients, is a low-carb or carnivore diet - it's satiating and straightforward.
There are other methods though:
Calorie counting
Vegetarian diets
Juicing
Each of these has its drawbacks, but they can work for some people.
We recommend you find what works for you.
If you maintain a healthy weight, are off medications, and feel vibrant, then you've found your ideal eating plan.
However, if you're feeling bloated, tired, or frequently ill, it might be time to reassess what you eat.
