Every week somebody has a new study, a new protocol, or a new thing I’ve apparently been doing wrong for the last nineteen years.
And I’m curious.

Sometimes I learn something.

But after all these years, I’ve become increasingly convinced of something.
Most of us don’t need to know everything before we start doing something.
