Thursday hit me hard, and I want to share something real with you.

Right in the middle of Thanksgiving, I found myself in an emotional eating spiral.

Wasn't about the turkey or even those tempting pies.

It was about those deeper feelings - you know, the ones where we question if we're good enough or if people really want us around.

Here's the thing - we all have these moments. Every single one of us.

Sometimes a fork becomes our way of dealing with feelings we don't want to face.

But here's what I'm learning: these moments don't define us.

They're just signs that maybe we need to show ourselves a little more love.

When we reach for that third helping, maybe we're really reaching for comfort or connection.

And you know what? That's okay to acknowledge.

Today's Action Tip: Next time you feel an emotional eating moment coming on, try this:

Stop for just 30 seconds and write down one thing you like about yourself.

Sometimes just that tiny pause can help us remember we're worth more than our struggles.
