What 72 Looks Like When You Start Moving
I woke up this morning at 5:30.
Made coffee. Did 20 minutes of qigong in my living room. Felt my body wake up the way it’s supposed to… loose, strong, ready.
I’m 72.
Zero medications. Zero joint pain. Zero excuses.
And here’s the best part: I’m not special.
The woman who started with us last month is 64. Couldn’t touch her toes when she walked in. This week she got down on the floor and back up without using her hands. First time in years.
