We Were Lied To About Fat. And We're Still Paying the Price.
The real enemy wasn’t butter. It was the garbage they told you to eat instead.
Americans were told saturated fat would kill them.
So they ditched butter for Crisco.
Swapped steak for soy oil.
And started chasing “heart healthy” cereal with orange juice.
And what happened?
Heart disease exploded.
So did diabetes.
So did cancer.
So did waistlines.
So did Big Pharma profits.
Now here’s the crazy part:
They knew the science didn’t add up. They just didn’t care.

Back in the 1950s, a man named Ancel Keys cherry-picked data from 7 countries (out of 22) to make it look like fat causes heart disease. Spoiler alert: It doesn’t. When honest researchers looked at all the data, the “link” between saturated fat and heart disease vanished like a donut on a police break room table.
But that didn’t stop Keys from influencing the American Heart Association. In 1961, they told everyone to replace natural animal fats with seed oils… corn, soybean, canola. You know, the stuff they use to lube machinery and fry fast food.
Then came the Minnesota Coronary Experiment… a big, fancy double-blind study. They swapped butter for corn oil and yes, cholesterol went down... but death went up.
So they buried the study for 40 years.
Let that sink in.
We now know this:
Higher cholesterol isn’t a death sentence.
In fact, many people with high LDL live longer.
Your body uses cholesterol to repair, to fight, to function. It’s not the villain.
The real villain?
Highly processed seed oils.
Sugar-loaded “low fat” garbage.
And the experts who got it wrong… but won’t admit it.
Now over 90% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy.
And we’re still being told to avoid red meat and slather on the margarine.
Listen, you can’t out-stretch, out-walk, or out-yoga a broken diet.
Eat real food.
Fatty meat.
Butter.
Eggs.
Ditch the seed oils and the cereal.
And if someone tells you steak is dangerous?
Smile politely.
Then eat the ribeye.
So What Can You Do Today?
Check your fridge.
If it says vegetable oil, Crisco, or “heart healthy” on the label?
Toss it. Replace it with butter, tallow, or avocado oil.
One little change.
One big step toward better health.
