Tuesday vibes hitting differently today...
Woke up, house quiet, still a bit foggy-headed from yesterday.
No rush to eat, stuck with my usual: big glass of water first, then that strong black coffee brewing.
Sat by the window sipping slowly, watching the light come in. Moments like that recharge me more than food ever could right now.
Fasting till noon feels easier on days like this. Energy stays even, no crashes, mind sharper.
Stepped outside for a quick 15-min walk around the block. Fresh air, light movement, nothing fancy. Body feels looser already.
Later I’ll break the fast with something real: probably eggs with bacon.
Whole foods, low carb, keeps me going strong.
