I hit the switch by accident.
Wipers started flapping like crazy across a perfectly clear windshield.
Not a cloud in sight. Just sunshine and a whole lotta squeaking.
I laughed... then I paused.
That’s exactly what a lot of folks are doing with their bodies.
Medications, surgeries, supplements, fancy gadgets, switched on before they even ask, “What does my body actually need right now?”
It’s like using windshield wipers when all you really need is to roll down the window and breathe in the fresh air.
Most of us aren’t broken.
We’re just stuck.
Stiff. Rusted up from too much sitting, too little moving, and too much stress.
And instead of stretching, breathing, moving, and strengthening from the inside out…
We start flippin’ switches. Popping pills. Scheduling surgeries.
Trying to fix what was never broken… just underused.
So let me ask you:
When’s the last time you checked your alignment, not with a chiropractor, but with your own breath?
When’s the last time you moved like you wanted to feel good, not just to burn calories?
You don’t need to overhaul the engine.
You just need to take it for a drive.
Today, before you reach for a “fix,” take 5 minutes to move, gently, intentionally.
Try a few shoulder rolls. A twist. A deep breath.
Then ask yourself, “Do I still feel broken?”
Chances are... you’ll feel a little more alive.
The sun’s out.
You’ve got this.
Turn off the wipers. Go live.
