Sunday Morning...
Woke up feeling a little sluggish today. 😴
Instead of rushing to the kitchen for food, I just grabbed a big glass of water, then brewed my beautiful strong black coffee... I sipped it slowly while the house was still quiet... honestly, it’s the best part of the day.
No breakfast for me... fasting till noon keeps my energy steady and my mind clear.
I did a quick 10 min stretch on the living room floor. Nothing intense, just moving my body gently while the sun comes up. Feels like hitting reset without forcing anything.
