Try this:
Stand barefoot if possible.
Arms loose. Shoulders relaxed. Head tall.
Now take a few slow breaths, feeling your feet.
Notice how your body stacks naturally.
Hips over heels.
Ribs over hips.
Head over heart.
Take 5 deep belly breaths.
Feel the rise.
Feel the grounding.
Feel you.
Say this softly:
“I am grounded. I am calm. I am strong.”
That's your first step toward becoming strong and steady, inside and out.
