I wanted to take a minute before we get started and welcome you to the seven day Personal Freedom Challenge.
I'm driving along here and I had the thought hit that I don't want you to be confused. I don't want you to think that these little daily habits we're going to give you are the end all. These are little daily habits that you can do that are going to help you to create lifelong habits of health and freedom. You incorporate these throughout your day. It's not a one and done. It's not take a five minute walk and and turn your life around. No, it's the little things all combined.
They're called atomic habits, and these are little habits that equate into huge, huge successes. For Peggy and I, in our seventies, we are happier, we are healthier than we've been our entire life. So I'm out for my Sunday morning adventure. I just wanted to make sure you understood exactly what we're doing.
I want to encourage you to do these every single day. I give you two or three things every morning that are going to help you to thrive. They're little habits that if you do... do 'em right, then do 'em throughout your day… find the ones you love, incorporate them into your day. I think you're going to find it's going to be an amazing result.
So that's what this is all about, the seven day Personal Freedom Challenge… I invite you to jump fully in with both feet.... join us. And you know what? At the end of seven days, I'll come back and we'll see how you're doing. So let's get started right now.
This is it, Day One of something powerful.
Not a diet.
Not a bootcamp.
Not another to-do list.
This is your invitation to freedom.
Freedom from the aches.
Freedom from the excuses.
Freedom from the belief that it’s too late to feel good again.
Seven days.
Seven small shifts.
Seven chances to show yourself what’s possible.
Let’s rewind for a second...
Years ago, I was stuck… physically, mentally, spiritually.
Stiff. Sore. Running on fumes.
One morning, Peggy looked at me and said,
“What if today, we just stood up and stretched for a minute?”
That minute changed everything.
Not because it was big.
But because it started.
That’s what today is about.
Your Day One Assignment:
✅ Stand tall and stretch for 2 minutes
✅ Take 3 slow, deep breaths
✅ Say out loud one thing you’re grateful for
That’s it.
No gear. No prep. No pressure.
Just you, reclaiming a little space in your day.
Small wins create big waves.
And this?
This is the ripple that starts the revolution.
Let’s move.
