Sleep Is Free Medicine
She sat in the doctor’s office, exhausted.
“I just can’t sleep anymore,” she said.
Three minutes later, she walked out with an Ambien prescription.
Nobody asked about her evening wine habit.
Nobody mentioned the TV she fell asleep watching.

The sleep aid industry is worth $80 billion. They need you believing sleep is broken and only they can fix it.
