She Tells Her Patients to Eat Only Butter, Here's Why
Only butter for a day? Sounds crazy, right? Read on...
According to Dr. Annette Bosworth the most powerful weight loss hack isn't a pill, diet plan, or w orkout.
It's BUTTER.
Yep, I'm dead serious.
"I tell my patients to eat only butter for a day. It’s not a heart attack in a wrapper - it’s actually a cheap and easy. Here’s why butter is one of the most underrated weight loss tools"
When her diabetic patients ate ONLY butter for a day, their insulin levels DROPPED.
The food industry hates this simple truth.
Let me bust a myth right now: Obesity isn't about calories or lack of willpower. It's hormonal.
Specifically, it's about insulin - your body's fat STORAGE hormone.
Higher insulin = more stored fat.
But butter? It changes the whole game.
She tried this with Type 1 diabetic patients.
When they ate ONLY butter for a day, their insulin needs tanked.
Not a little.
Not somewhat.
DRAMATICALLY.
Why?
Butter's makeup basically skips the entire insulin response.
Pretty wild, right?
Butter contains these medium-chain triglycerides your body turns straight into ketones.
No insulin spike.
No "store fat now" signal.
No metabolic mess.
Just clean, steady energy your body knows how to use.
No wonder weight loss companies never mention this.
Think about why you get those food cravings.
It's not the calories - it's what happens in your body after.
Carbs → insulin jumps → dopamine hit → cravings → more carbs
Butter stops this cycle cold.
You feel satisfied without the hormone rollercoaster that packs on pounds.
But isn't butter full of fat?
Won't that make me fat?"
Wrong question.
Fat doesn't make you fat.
Insulin makes you fat.
Butter barely triggers insulin at all.
Your body literally can't store fat without insulin giving the order.
This flips the whole weight loss equation on its head.
Here's what actually happens when you eat butter:
• Steady energy that lasts
• Almost no insulin response
• Real fullness signals
• Metabolic flexibility
• Breaking food addiction patterns
It's never been about calories IN.
It's about the hormones that RESPOND.
Butter also has this weird ability to trigger real satiety signals.
Most foods today completly confuse your body's fullness cues.
Butter doesn't.
It helps reset your entire hunger system, teaching your body what actual hunger feels like versus fake cravings.
When we tell our members to try a butter-only meal, they look at us like we've lost our mind.
Then they come back saying:
"I wasn't hungry for 8 hours"
"My food cravings vanished"
"I stopped obsessing about food"
That's your hormones finally working right.
The standard advice has failed us for decades:
• "Eat less, move more"
• "A calorie is a calorie"
• "Fat makes you fat"
All total nonsence.
All based on misunderstanding how our bodies work.
It's the hormone response to food that matters.
Butter works with this reality.
Try this yourself: Put just butter in your coffee tomorrow morning. Nothing else. No sugar. No carbs.
Watch what happens:
- How many hours till you're hungry
- Your steady energy levels
- Cravings disappearing
- Mental clarity like whoa
Your body's switching fuel sources.
I'm not saying eat ONLY butter forever.
I'm saying understanding butter's effect on hormones shows the truth about why we gain weight.
Stop counting calories.
Start controlling insulin.
Butter's just one powerful tool that proves this point.
Remember, the whole weight loss industry profits from keeping you hungry and confused.
They don't make money when you understand your own body.
Butter is simple.
Butter works.
Butter doesn't need fancy marketing.
That's exactly why nobody talks about it.
Food companies design products specifically to spike insulin and make you crave more.
They've got the nerve to call it "bliss point" technology.
Butter has no engineered bliss point.
No addiction cycle.
No insulin chaos.
Just freedom from the whole mess.
We believe in balance.
Butter isn't magic - it's just basic metabolic science.
But understanding WHY butter works shows the fundamental problem with typical weight loss advice.
It's about hormones, not willpower.
It's about insulin, not calories.
The most important question isn't "how many calories is this?"
It's "what will this do to my hormones?"
Butter does almost nothing.
This simple shift in thinking has helped hundreds of our members break free from their weight struggles for good.
What food beliefs are you hanging onto that might be keeping you stuck?
The science is clear.
The results speak for themselves.
Are you ready to question everything you've been taught about food and weight loss?
Your metabolism is waiting.

Thanks for the suggestion. I look forward to a day of eating nothing but Bacon. Bacon shopping happening today,
So being allergic to milk/dairy I cannot eat butter all day. I actually found the doctor’s website and asked if there were other fats I could do this with. We will see if I get a reply.
