Truly not words I thought I’d ever say…
Seventy-one and feeling fantastic.
Here I am, moving better, feeling stronger, and living with more energy than I did in my 40s.
How? It’s not some magic potion or secret formula.
It’s simple choices.
For years, I thought my body was just done.
After sports injuries and too many bad habits, I was stiff, sore, and worn out. Surgery seemed like my only option.
Then one day, I decided to take control.
I started small.
Just 30 minutes a day.
A little movement, a little breathwork, some contracted stretching.
Over time, I realized the power wasn’t in doing everything.
It was in doing something.
Something consistent. Something that worked with my body instead of against it.
Those small choices? They built up.
Now, I wake up every day grateful for a body that moves with ease and a mind that’s sharp and focused.
