I Was Scheduled for Surgery Until I Found Something Better
2007 - Five different surgeries scheduled. Shoulder, hip, back, knee, both feet
Doctors said it was my only option.
They warned me stretching doesn’t fix structural problems.
Then I found contracted stretching.
