Plant-Based or Meat-Based, I’m With You Either Way
Whole foods heal. Processed foods, seed oils, and sugar don’t.
We live in a world of food wars.

Here’s my truth: I don’t care which you choose. I support you either way.
Why? Because the biggest battle isn’t between plants and meat. It’s between real food and fake food.
For years, I struggled with pain, inflammation, and even type 2 diabetes.
What turned it around wasn’t just adding steak and eggs (although for me it was a HUGE part). It was cutting the poison:
Seed oils
Processed foods
Sugar and all those fake sweeteners
That’s the game-changer.
When I switched to a meat-based plan, I thrived.
My blood sugar normalized. My energy soared.
My joints quit screaming at me.
And I’ve seen thousands of others experience the same.
But here’s the key, many of those same results show up for people who eat plants too.
Why? Because when they dropped the junk, their bodies finally had a chance to heal.
So if you’re vegan, great.
If you’re carnivore, fantastic.
If you’re somewhere in between, wonderful.
What matters is that you’re choosing foods that are real, whole, and natural.
Different paths. Same respect. Same support.
Your body deserves better than processed junk.
