For over 18 years, I’ve eaten low carb.
Meat, eggs, butter. Real food.
But even with all that knowledge and discipline, I still struggled.
Not every day, but enough.
Those old “vices” had a nasty habit of sneaking back in.
Sugar. Popcorn. Pizza. Chips. Ice cream.
You name it, I’ve binged on it.
And it always started with just one bite.
One “little treat” that turned into a lost weekend:
Bloated stomach. Aching joints. Foggy head.
Shame louder than hunger.
Then something shifted.
Thirty days ago, I stopped saying, “I’m quitting.”
Because quitting still leaves the door open.
Instead, I said: “I don’t do that.”
No white-knuckling.
No counting days.
No “maybe next time.”
Just… I don’t do that.
Guess what?
I feel better than I ever have.
Today I woke up with:
Zero pain
No bloat
A clear mind
A peaceful, powerful presence
No cravings. No drama. Just peace.
Paired with my stress-busting toolkit… breathwork, micro-movements, moments of stillness, and a simple “let them” mindset… I feel like a brand-new man at 71.
Not a guy fighting his demons.
Just a guy who finally stopped feeding them.
Try This
Stop “trying to quit.” Simply decide: “I don’t do that.”
Say it out loud. Feel it in your bones.
It’s a tiny shift that changes everything.
