Sunday we talked about noticing those little moments when your body makes you hesitate.
Getting out of the chair. Taking the stairs. Walking across uneven ground. Getting onto the floor. Maybe something completely different.
So I’m curious.
Did you notice anything?
And if you did, don’t worry about fixing it yet. Don’t make a program. Don’t make a list of seventeen things you suddenly need to work on.
Just notice.
Maybe you caught yourself thinking, I don’t do that much anymore.
Or maybe you discovered something even better:
Hey, I can still do that.
Both are useful information.
Peggy and I have learned over the years that sometimes the first step toward changing something is simply realizing it has changed.
That’s plenty for this week.
And if you feel like sharing, leave a comment or send us an email. Tell us what you noticed. Peggy and I would genuinely love to hear about it.
We’re figuring this aging thing out right alongside you.
And I still think there may be more we can do about it than most …
