Ever think a sweaty movement/yoga/workout session means you’re done moving for the day?
I used to hit the treadmill for 30 minutes, then plop on the couch like I’d earned a gold star until I noticed I was still creaky and sore!
Exercise is great… warrior flows, yogalates, pumping iron or jogging is like a power boost for your body.
But motion?
That’s the sneaky, all-day habit of staying active... like stretching to grab a mug or pacing while you chat on the phone or simply getting up off of the couch and doing some easy stretches while watching TV.
Being mobile keeps you loose and lively way more than just a quick workout.
It’s not about breaking a sweat every hour; it’s wiggle here, a waggle there, a refreshing stroll… all keeping your body from turning into a stiff statue!
So right now… stand up and move.
Then every time you wait, like for the microwave or coffee pot move more, and feel how good it is to keep your body in motion.
Your future self is going to love you!
