1. Seated Belly Breaths (30 sec)
Start tall. Inhale deep into your belly. Exhale slow. Feel your center.
2. Towel Pull (30 sec)
Hold your towel in front of you. Pull outward as you exhale. Repeat with intention.
3. Standing Stack Check (30 sec)
Stand tall. Align your body head to toe. Engage your core. Smile.
4. Single-Leg Balance Reach (30 sec)
Balance on one foot. Gently reach one arm across your body, then switch sides.
5. Heel Press on Back (30 sec)
Lie on your back. Press heels down. Engage core. Breathe.
6. Seated Twist (30 sec)
Sit tall. Gently twist right, then left. Let the breath guide the motion.
