Cravings are liars.
Loud, pushy, dramatic little liars.
They show up uninvited and say,
“You need this. You won’t feel better until you get it.”
But guess what?
That craving? It’s like a wave.
It builds… it peaks… and then it passes.
The trick is not to fight it.
Not to panic.
Just to move while the wave rolls in.
Movement snaps the loop.
It gives your brain a new signal:
👉 “We’re doing something different now.”
And you take back control, one stretch, step, or shake at a time.
🔥 Your Day 5 Challenge:
Move Through the Craving
Next time a craving hits:
Do 2 minutes of movement.
It can be as simple as:
March in place
Dance it out
Stretch your arms to the sky
Shake out your hands and legs
Walk to the end of the block and back
While you move, say out loud:
👉 “I’m riding the wave. This will pass.”
Bonus:
After 2 minutes, take a sip of water and notice how you feel.
The wave passed.
And you didn’t go under.
You’re building strength most people never will—the power to wait and win.
You’re not the same person you were five days ago.
And tomorrow? We make peace with the slip.
