Lonely?
Bored?
Anxious?
Restless?
Those feelings are real.
But food? That’s not the fix. That’s the distraction.
The more you feed the feeling with food, the louder it gets.
Because it’s not getting what it actually needs…
Presence. Peace. A little breath. Maybe a walk.
So today, we stop treating emotions like snack attacks.
We get curious instead.

Sit. Breathe. Name.
1. Step outside or sit by a window.
2. Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths, slow and quiet.
3. Ask yourself:
👉 “What am I actually feeling right now?”
Don’t judge it.
Just name it.
Lonely. Frustrated. Tired. Empty.
Say it out loud.
Then say:
👉 “And that’s okay. I don’t eat to fix this anymore.”
Bonus reset: Walk around the block or do 10 slow arm circles. Let the energy move through.
You’re not broken.
You’re just human.
And you’re learning a better way to care for yourself.
Food can’t fill your heart.
But you can.
And you just did.
