Next time the urge hits:
Stop what you’re doing.
Stand tall.
Do two rounds of Box Breathing:
Inhale 4 seconds
Hold 4 seconds
Exhale 4 seconds
Hold 4 seconds
Then add some movement:
5 shoulder rolls + a neck stretch.
Bonus if you smile while doing it.
Reframe:
Instead of grabbing a snack, say:
👉 “I pause. I breathe. I choose.”
Cravings don’t control you.
You’ve got space. You’ve got breath. You’ve got power.
