Want a stronger core?
Start with your breath.
Not the chesty, shallow kind we do when stressed.
I’m talking about deep, low belly breathing. The kind that resets your nervous system and fires up your deep core muscles without a single crunch.
See, your diaphragm and your pelvic floor?
They’re teammates.
Every time you breathe deeply into your belly, you train your core to stabilize you from the inside out.
It’s like strength training... without moving.
🫁 Try this: 2-Minute Belly Breath Reset
Find a chair.
Sit up tall with your feet flat and hands on your belly.
Now breathe in slowly through your nose.
Feel your belly expand like a balloon.
Pause.
Then exhale through pursed lips—slow and smooth.
Feel your belly gently pull back in.
Do this for 2 minutes.
No rush. No force. Just flow.
Notice how you feel.
Calmer?
Stronger?
That’s your center turning on.
This kind of breathing activates the deep stabilizers most people never train.
And once it becomes your default?
You’ll move with more power—and more peace.
Say it out loud:
“I breathe into strength. I exhale stress.”
