A quick breathing trick you can use any time you need to slow things down.
You ever get so wound up you can feel it in your shoulders, your jaw, even your stomach?
I’ve got a trick that works every time.
Sit back in your chair or stretch out on the couch.
Put one hand on your belly.
Now breathe in slowly through your nose, letting your belly rise like you’re filling a balloon.
Then breathe out through your mouth and let that “balloon” flatten all the way down.
Do it a few times.
The tension starts to fade.
Your breathing slows.
You feel lighter.
It’s not fancy.
It’s not complicated.
It’s Ballon Belly
And the best thing is that it works.
